FAQs

  • Gold-filled is a quality designation that's regulated in the US and an industry standard that legally requires 5% pure gold by weight. It’s a strictly regulated process that involves mechanically bonding multiple layers of solid 14k gold with extreme heat over quality metal such as sterling silver or brass.

  • It is the customers responsibility to measure properly prior to submitting your order. Due to the nature of handmade pieces, sizes are approximate but we do our best to be as close as possible to sizes indicated.

    Because all of our pieces are handcrafted and hand assembled, no two pieces will be exactly the same.

  • It’s easy! Follow these instructions:

    1. Cut a string long enough to go around your finger.

    2. Wrap the string around the base of the finger, just below the knuckle.

    3. Using a pen, mark where the string ends.

    4. Put measured string on a ruler with the marked area to the right side

    5. The number closest to the marking on the string is the circumference of the ring in millimeters.

  • All pieces are attached to a jewelry card or placed in a cloth jewelry bag and come wrapped with a bow in recycled jewelry boxes. We use recycled tissue paper as well as recyclable cardboard boxes to ship all orders and are doing our best to use the least amount of plastic in our packaging including tape. Our goal is to eventually be plastic free. We want to do our part to protect the environment and use recycled and recyclable materials for packaging purposes.

  • A $5.00 flat rate will be added to all orders to cover the cost of shipping. All orders are shipped via USPS First Class mail. We recommend purchasing insurance as we are not liable for damaged, lost or stolen packages.

  • Should you need to modify your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

  • We will only accept returns in the event your piece is damaged upon arrival. Please send back damaged unworn pieces within 15 days of purchase in its original package and secure all chains. We will not accept returns mailed in letter envelopes. Customer also assumes responsibility for shipping. Please email us for authorization.

    All RJC Boutique purchases are final. No exchanges or returns.

    We want you to be happy with your purchase and if at any time you feel there is an issue please contact us and we will do our best to correct it.

  • We are not liable for damaged, lost or stolen packages. We ship orders using USPS First Class Mail, please contact your local post office should any issues arise.
