Shipping/Return/cancellation Policy

Shipping

Due to the nature of handmade pieces, please allow up to 7 days for production. Completed pieces will ship within 3 to 5 business days using USPS First Class Mail. We suggest that you purchase insurance as we are not liable for any lost, stolen or damaged packages.

Returns

We accept returns in the event your piece is damaged upon receipt. Please send back damaged unworn pieces within 15 days of purchase in its original package and secured chains. We will not accept returns mailed in letter envelopes. Please be sure to send back in a padded mailer envelope. Customer also assumes responsibility for shipping. Please email us for authorization.

Cancellations

Should you need to cancel your order please be sure to contact us within 24 hours of order submission.
